An institutional grade operator on the Quantova network, authoring blocks and signing finality under post quantum session keys. Stake, commission and performance are recorded on chain and verifiable by every node.
Quantova runs Nominated Proof of Stake. Validators bind a post quantum account key, register separate session keys for block authoring and finality, and are held to protocol defined bond, commission and slashing rules enforced by the QVM rather than by any operator.

How validation works on Quantova
Validators secure the network under Nominated Proof of Stake and Hybrid Deterministic Consensus, which delivers deterministic finality in about three seconds. Bond, yield, commission, unbonding and slashing are fixed at the protocol level, so delegators evaluate operators against one uniform set of rules.
Severe offences such as double signing carry a full slash. Honest operators face no discretionary penalty, and every parameter below is enforced by the QVM and observable on chain.
