Quantova Ecosystem
Contributor Terms and Conditions
These Contributor Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals and organizations contributing to the Quantova ecosystem, including but not limited to protocol development, tooling, documentation, research, infrastructure, design, content, and community initiatives.
By submitting contributions or participating in Quantova related repositories, forums, working groups, or programs, contributors acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Scope of Contributions
A contribution includes any code, documentation, research, designs, proposals, reviews, translations, tooling, or other materials submitted to Quantova managed repositories, websites, communication channels, or governance processes.
Contributions may be submitted directly by individuals or through organizations acting on their behalf. Contributors are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to submit the materials they provide.
Intellectual Property and Licensing
Unless otherwise specified, contributions submitted to Quantova repositories or platforms are provided under the license applicable to the repository or project in which they are submitted.
By submitting a contribution, the contributor represents that the material is original, or that they have the necessary rights to submit it under the applicable license. Contributors grant Quantova and the public the rights required by that license to use, modify, distribute, and reference the contribution.
Quantova does not claim ownership of contributor identities or independent works outside the scope of submitted contributions.
No Expectation of Compensation
Contributions to the Quantova ecosystem are voluntary unless governed by a separate written agreement, such as a grant, employment contract, or service agreement.
Submission of a contribution does not create any entitlement to compensation, rewards, governance influence, or future participation rights beyond those explicitly defined by protocol rules or published programs.
Technical and Security Responsibility
Contributors are expected to act responsibly and in good faith. Code and technical submissions should follow published contribution guidelines and security practices.
If a contributor becomes aware of a security issue or vulnerability, they are expected to follow the published security disclosure process rather than publicly exploiting or disclosing the issue.
Quantova makes no representation that submitted contributions will be reviewed, accepted, or deployed.
Governance and Decision Authority
All decisions regarding acceptance, modification, or rejection of contributions are made through publicly documented processes, including maintainer review, proposal evaluation, and governance mechanisms where applicable.
Participation in contribution processes does not grant decision making authority beyond that defined by protocol rules or governance frameworks.
Compliance and Lawful Conduct
Contributors are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction when participating in the Quantova ecosystem.
Contributions must not intentionally include malicious code, undisclosed backdoors, or content designed to undermine network integrity, participant safety, or public trust.
Code of Conduct
All contributors are required to follow the Quantova Community Code of Conduct when interacting in repositories, forums, events, and communication channels.
Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in moderation actions, including removal of contributions or access restrictions.
No Warranties
Contributions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Quantova does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or suitability of contributed materials.
Use of contributions is at the discretion and responsibility of users, operators, and integrators.
Changes to These Terms
These Contributor Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published through Quantova’s official documentation channels.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acknowledgment of the revised terms.
