Quantova Foundation Grants & Funding Program
Quantova Foundation Funding Overview
The Quantova Foundation Grants & Funding Program is established to support technical development, research, and ecosystem coordination activities that contribute to the secure operation, usability, and long term sustainability of the Quantova network. The program is designed to enable independent teams, institutions, and organizations to undertake work that aligns with Quantova’s protocol architecture, execution environment, governance framework, and ecosystem priorities.
Funding is allocated to projects that demonstrate clear technical objectives, defined deliverables, and measurable outcomes. The program prioritizes work that strengthens protocol reliability, developer accessibility, infrastructure readiness, and ecosystem coherence. Participation in the program does not imply endorsement, partnership, or commercial affiliation with the Quantova Foundation beyond the scope of an approved grant agreement.
Application Process
Grant applications are submitted through a structured intake process designed to capture technical, operational, and organizational details relevant to the proposed work. Applicants are required to provide a comprehensive description of the project scope, including system architecture, implementation approach, dependencies, and anticipated outcomes.
Applications must include a development plan with defined milestones, estimated timelines, and resource requirements. Where applicable, applicants should describe how the proposed work interfaces with the Quantova Virtual Machine QVM, protocol rules, validator infrastructure, or governance mechanisms.
All submissions undergo an initial administrative review to ensure completeness and clarity before entering technical evaluation. The Foundation may request clarification or revisions during this phase. Submission of an application does not obligate the Foundation to provide funding.
Evaluation & Review Criteria
Proposals are evaluated using documented technical and programmatic criteria. Review focuses on the relevance of the work to Quantova’s network operation and ecosystem development, the feasibility of the proposed approach, and the qualifications of the team executing the project.
Technical reviewers assess whether the project adheres to Quantova’s protocol specifications, system interfaces, and operational assumptions. Consideration is also given to the clarity of deliverables, risk identification, and the applicant’s capacity to execute within the proposed timeframe.
Evaluation decisions are recorded and subject to internal governance processes. Approval may be granted with conditions, including milestone adjustments, reporting requirements, or scope refinement.
Grant Categories & Funding Tracks
The Grants Program is organized into defined categories and funding tracks to support a broad range of ecosystem contributions. Each track specifies eligible activities, expected outputs, and review focus to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Funding tracks are designed to support early stage research, application development, infrastructure services, developer tooling, and ecosystem coordination. Each track operates under the same governance framework while allowing flexibility to accommodate different project types and maturity levels.
Applicants are expected to select the track that most closely matches the nature of their proposed work and adhere to the associated guidelines.
Ecosystem Development Grants
Ecosystem Development Grants support projects that improve the accessibility, interoperability, and functional reach of the Quantova network. This includes applications, middleware, integration services, and tooling that enable users, developers, and institutions to interact with the protocol more effectively.
Projects in this category should demonstrate technical alignment with Quantova standards and provide documentation sufficient to support independent use or integration. Emphasis is placed on maintainability, compatibility with protocol upgrades, and contribution to ecosystem cohesion.
Funding is allocated based on defined deliverables rather than speculative outcomes.
Research & Infrastructure Grants
Research & Infrastructure Grants are intended for initiatives that advance understanding or operational capacity at the protocol and network layers. This includes formal research, performance analysis, infrastructure services, validator tooling, indexing systems, and other components that support network reliability and transparency.
Applicants must present a clear methodology and explain how results or systems will be evaluated. Research outputs should be reproducible or verifiable, and infrastructure projects must define operational assumptions and maintenance considerations.
This category supports both exploratory and implementation focused work, provided that objectives and deliverables are clearly articulated.
Community & Education Grants
Community & Education Grants support activities that enhance technical literacy, developer onboarding, and informed participation within the Quantova ecosystem. Eligible initiatives include technical documentation, training programs, workshops, and structured knowledge sharing activities.
Projects in this category must maintain a non promotional focus and provide materials or outcomes that are accessible to a broad audience. Proposals should describe how content will be delivered, maintained, and updated over time.
Funding supports educational value rather than marketing or commercial promotion.
Reporting & Milestone Requirements
All grant recipients are required to adhere to reporting obligations defined in their grant agreement. Reports document progress against approved milestones and provide evidence of technical deliverables.
Milestone reviews assess whether work is proceeding in accordance with the approved scope and technical expectations. Where deviations occur, recipients may be required to submit corrective plans or revised timelines.
Continued disbursement of funds is contingent on satisfactory progress and adherence to reporting requirements.
Grant Policies & Disclosures
The Quantova Foundation Grants Program operates under formal policies governing eligibility, fund usage, reporting, intellectual property treatment, and conflict of interest disclosure. Applicants and recipients are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.
Grant awards do not constitute investment, partnership, employment, or legal representation. The Foundation does not assume responsibility for project execution, regulatory approvals, or downstream use of funded work.
All program policies are published to support transparency, accountability, and consistent administration
